Terms

1. 01Billing. You pay $1 for the first 60 days. On day 61 you are charged $99, then $99 every month until you cancel. You agree to this at checkout.
2. 02Reminder. We text and email you 3 days before your first $99 charge.
3. 03Cancellation. Either side can cancel anytime, for any reason. HyperCredible may also end the service if it isn't a productive fit. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and you never need a call to cancel.
4. 04Canceling in the first 60 days. You pay nothing more. Your site comes down and we keep your files for 30 days.
5. 05Build time. The 1 business day clock starts when we receive your complete submission: your logo, the content for each page, and your style and font preferences.
6. 06Guarantee. If we miss the 1 business day, your next month is free.
7. 07Your content. Your text, photos, logo and any domain you bring belong to you.
8. 08Design and code. The site design and code belong to HyperCredible and are licensed to you while you're subscribed. You can buy the design anytime for $499.
9. 09Domains from our library. You use the domain free while subscribed. HyperCredible keeps ownership, and the domain returns to us if you cancel. Our domains are generally not for sale; if you want to buy one, ask and we'll quote it case by case. We don't assign names that match another company's trademark.
10. 10Updates. Unlimited updates, handled one request at a time. Most are done within 2 business days. Full redesigns are not included.
11. 11Email. Email forwarding receives mail only. A Google Workspace inbox is optional and billed at Google's price.
12. 12Your materials. You confirm you have the rights to all content you send us.
